  • Will I feel light headed?
    As the toxins are released from the muscles, one may experience lightheadedness as the blood, now containing these toxins from the muscles, travel around the body through the head and back to the lung to be expelled as CO2 via the lungs or urine via the kidneys. Keep drinking water and if you need to take a break from the session, one may lie down.

  • Can two or more people have a BODYROLL massage?
    Many active people also use this time to spend fun time with a friend, colleague or family member. In order to get 2 or more side-by-side machines, we ask you to book 2 or more participants at the same time so we can place you side-by-side in the session.
  • Why do I feel sore after my session?
    It’s normal to feel sore after a massage. After stimulating muscles that you may not usually use, you might experience delayed onset muscle soreness. If you haven’t had a massage recently or if it’s your first one, it’s more likely that you will feel sore afterwards. Your body will create muscle memory if you have frequent massages, so aim to be regular with your sessions.
  • How often do you need to do BODYROLL massage?
    Body Roll Studio advises clients to begin roller massage with 10 regular sessions for best results. During this course it is best to repeat 45 minute roller massage procedure 2-3 times a week. If you want to keep your results for the future, you should continue with a 45 minute roll massage procedure once a week.
  • What does a BODYROLL massage do?
    Simply put, it is a lymphatic drainage massage that helps relieve muscle tension, eliminate unnecessary toxins from the body, aid in cellulite reduction, tone your body, and firm your skin.
  • Can I feel sick?
    It can happen. It is advised not to eat an hour before a session. Drink plenty of water after the session.
  • How long does a BODYROLL massage take?
